Depression, Anxiety and Panic Attacks is not to be taken lightly

Have you ever experienced feeling depressed? Having panic attacks? anxiety? Or worst all occurs at the same time. 


If yes, then please do STOP what you're thinking/doing right now. Don't focus on it. Take a step back and relax. 

Relaxing makes you calm your nerves. Just breathe in and out. Do it for 1 minute. If you're still feeling it. Do it for a longer time. 

If it doesn't work, try to count 1 to 1000. If you reach 1000, still doesn't work. Close your eyes and do it at the same time. Breathe in and breathe out. I hope it works.

Having depression, anxiety and panic attacks is a battle with yourself. And, It should not be associated with being sad. Not all people who have these medical conditions are not sad. Some are happy and wealthy. But, their mental health is not ok. 
Before, mental health is not a priority. But, now your mental health must be ok. It doesn't have to be cured asap. Because it's not that easy to have those medical conditions. 

It's a battle between yourself. You can't argue with yourself. Unlike, arguing with someone else. It's a silent battle that I know you can win. 

I have experienced it. And, it's not an easy task to solve. It's like solving a puzzle that you can't comprehend. Thinking of multiple things at the same time. And trying to solve them all at once.

 I will share with you some things that might work for you too. Please, I did it on my own accord. If ever what you're experiencing is severe. Please DO talk to an expert about it or share it with someone you trust/love. 


Here are the things that I did years ago to cure my depression, anxiety or panic attacks:

1. I cut the tie with people who trigger any negative emotions. 
2. I watch tons of k-drama, anime, and movies. 
3. I did play some games like mobile legends(ML), party in my dorm (pimd), Pokémon GO, and more. 
4. I did spend most of the time resting and relaxing. So, my mind would be at peace. 
5. I'm open to my loved ones about what am feeling at that moment.

In case, you need someone to talk to. Feel free to contact me. But, my suggestion is to consult an expert. So, they would know the cure to your condition. 

There you have it! If it didn't work for you. Try to explore what activities that might be interesting for you.

Everyday is a battle between yourself and your goal

Have you ever wondered, if you're living the life you mentioned in a job interview 5 to 10 years before?

If yes, then how are you feeling now? Wanting to move up? Change career? Still, in the same job & position, you're in? 


If you've been wanting to move up, GO DO IT NOW! What are the things stopping you? Salary? Friends? Family?

Salary in your current company is good. But, the environment is negative /toxic. Then, leave the company now. Before it consumes you emotionality, mentally and physically. It won't be a good thing to stay if it's consuming you. Salary in other companies would still be competitive from what you're earning right now. 

Friends in your current company are good. But, the management is negative/toxic. Don't worry if you leave your current company. You'll still be friends. Some might be on a different career path than you. But, for sure they'll stick with you till the end. 

Family benefits in your current company are great. But, everything else is not. Don't worry your new company will be better. 

It's about time to move up. Have that dream life that you've been wanting for so long. It's just within your reach now. Don't worry, I'll be cheering for you. I know you've encountered a lot of challenges. And, don't think about others. Prioritize yourself and it will be OK.

Remember there are multiple job sites available now. Such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Facebook job, Kalibrr, Upwork, onlinejobsph, monster.com, and more.


Now, if you're still wondering. Ask yourself, if you want to see yourself still in the same position or take action now. The choice is always yours to make. There are infinite choices there's no right or wrong. Have faith! And trust yourself. Just have a positive mindset. I believe in you!
