Have you ever experienced feeling depressed? Having panic attacks? anxiety? Or worst all occurs at the same time.
If yes, then please do STOP what you're thinking/doing right now. Don't focus on it. Take a step back and relax.
Relaxing makes you calm your nerves. Just breathe in and out. Do it for 1 minute. If you're still feeling it. Do it for a longer time.
If it doesn't work, try to count 1 to 1000. If you reach 1000, still doesn't work. Close your eyes and do it at the same time. Breathe in and breathe out. I hope it works.
Having depression, anxiety and panic attacks is a battle with yourself. And, It should not be associated with being sad. Not all people who have these medical conditions are not sad. Some are happy and wealthy. But, their mental health is not ok.
Before, mental health is not a priority. But, now your mental health must be ok. It doesn't have to be cured asap. Because it's not that easy to have those medical conditions.
It's a battle between yourself. You can't argue with yourself. Unlike, arguing with someone else. It's a silent battle that I know you can win.
I have experienced it. And, it's not an easy task to solve. It's like solving a puzzle that you can't comprehend. Thinking of multiple things at the same time. And trying to solve them all at once.
I will share with you some things that might work for you too. Please, I did it on my own accord. If ever what you're experiencing is severe. Please DO talk to an expert about it or share it with someone you trust/love.
Here are the things that I did years ago to cure my depression, anxiety or panic attacks:
1. I cut the tie with people who trigger any negative emotions.
2. I watch tons of k-drama, anime, and movies.
3. I did play some games like mobile legends(ML), party in my dorm (pimd), Pokémon GO, and more.
4. I did spend most of the time resting and relaxing. So, my mind would be at peace.
5. I'm open to my loved ones about what am feeling at that moment.
